PAYMENT

- I have the right to decline commissions I am not comfortable with.
- Full payment is to be done upfront before I start the commission
- This payment is non-refundable
- Payment must be done via paypal/tng. I will not accept any other forms of payment.

Revisions

- Revisions can be done at any time. However, once the artwork is finished, I will incur a fee per hour if changes need to be made.
- Understand that the deadline for your artwork may extend depending on the number of revisions made.

Deadline

- I have stated that the turnaround (finishing time) for sketches is 2 weeks and 1 month for illustrations and will do my best to finish within that timeframe.
- If you have a certain date you would like me to finish it by, state it in the form sent to you so I can see if it's possible. If not, I will follow the timeframe I have set.

Delivery

- Artwork will be emailed in the form of pngs;
- High res (unwatermarked) for personal printing
- Low res (watermarked & unwatermarked) for digital uploads

Cancellation

- No cancellation fee, however money is paid upfront before the commission starts. This will not be refunded to you.

Ownership rights

- I retain full ownership rights to the total commissioned work and its process. This means I am given the rights towards posting samples of commissioned artwork as a means of self-promotion. If you do not wish for your commission to be shown, tell me in the form I have sent to you.
- I do not permit my work to be commercialised, eg. twitch/youtube branding or for projects
- I do not permit my work to be used in ai reproduction/nfts.
